1. How many days do I have to apply for a refund?

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery.

2. Do I have to pay delivery charges for a refund or return?

Yes, return/collection delivery charges of PKR 200–250 apply and are paid by the customer.

3. How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds and exchanges usually take 1–2 weeks after the product is received and verified.

4. Can I exchange sale items?

Yes, but exchanges for discounted items will be processed at the discounted price only.

5. What items are not eligible for exchange or refund?

Fragrances, jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. What if I received a damaged product?

You must report any damages within 3 days of delivery/purchase. If approved, a coupon of equal value will be issued (redeemable online only).

7. How can I start a return or exchange?

You can either:

  • Request a pickup from home (charges PKR 200–250), OR
  • Send the item yourself through a traceable courier.

8. What if my order was Cash on Delivery (COD) above PKR 20,000?

A partial advance or security deposit may be required for COD orders above PKR 20,000.
