Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Return/collection delivery charges of PKR 200–250 apply and are payable by the customer.

  • Item must be in original condition with tags attached/uncut and original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after verification.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange products within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.

  • Exchanges during sale will be processed at the discounted price.
  • Items at full price may be exchanged at the current price.
  • Used/misused items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged Items

Claims for damaged products must be made within 3 days of purchase/delivery. If accepted, a coupon of equal value will be issued (redeemable online only).

How to Start Return/Exchange

Option 1 – From Home

Courier partner collects from your doorstep (PKR 200–250). WhatsApp the following to +92 370 5547086:

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Old Product & Reason
  4. New Required Product
  5. Video showing item in original condition

Option 2 – Send via Courier

Send items with tags/receipt via traceable courier. Contact us on WhatsApp before sending for updated address.
